About Us

About Us

Opened in January 2024, our boutique childcare centre is located in West Perth and provides care for up to 20 children per day, aged 2 to 5 years.

At Kind, we believe in fostering a warm, inclusive environment where children of all ages can learn and grow together. Our mixed-age approach encourages peer interaction and allows children to explore all areas of the center, promoting a sense of community and belonging.

We take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family. With our small group sizes, every child receives the individual attention, care, and education they deserve. Our dedicated educators are committed to nurturing each child’s unique strengths, ensuring they are seen, heard, and valued.

Our programs are designed to inspire a lifelong love of learning, equipping children with essential skills for the future. Through our holistic, play-based approach, we focus on their development, emotional intelligence, and curiosity, empowering them to thrive in all areas of life.

At Kind Early Learning, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space where every child is supported and celebrated.

Nicole and Hannah – Owners and Directors

We are passionate advocates for nurturing children’s holistic development and wellbeing.

With over a decade each in childcare, our journey is shaped by diverse experiences and roles in the sector.

We are both qualified Early Childhood Teachers, and our collaborative expertise spans across managing large early learning centres, family daycare, curriculum leadership, OSHC, Montessori & Reggio Emilia inspired teaching, administrative roles, and professional mentoring.

Our shared philosophy revolves around unstructured play and a profound connection with nature. We believe that learning is most impactful when it aligns with a child’s interests and
unfolds in an environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.

Our commitment to a child-centric approach extends beyond the centre—recognising that parents are a child’s first teacher, believing that families are an integral partner in a child’s learning journey. Embracing the notion of a village and community, we understand the importance of collaboration between educators and parents.

At Kind Early Learning, our vision is to create a home away from home, where every child’s unique potential is celebrated and cultivated within a community that values the collective effort of teachers and parents alike.
